Membership in AMFP is held by an individual, not a company, for a 12-month period and cannot be cancelled, refunded, extended, shared or transferred. Regardless of employment, the individual remains the member as long as dues are current and renewed on or before the anniversary date.
Healthcare Provider
$95 / year
Healthcare Providers are full-time employees of a healthcare facility or healthcare system in the areas of planning, design, construction, real estate, or facilities management.
Strategic Partner
$195 / year
Strategic Partners supply products or provide services to design, build, and manage healthcare facilities.
Academic Member
$70 / year
Academic members are full-time college or university educators who teach a curriculum related to the design, construction, or management of healthcare real estate.
Student Member
$40 / year
Student members are enrolled full-time in degree-granting facility management or real estate programs with accredited colleges or universities. To qualify, a student must e-mail a copy of a current registration schedule and a student ID card to info@amfp.org.
Retired Member
$70 / year
Available only to those who have been AMFP members the past two consecutive years who can document their official retirement. To change your membership status to retired, please e-mail info@amfp.org.
