Revamped Site Better Connects Healthcare Facilities Pros to Resources
The Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP) has revamped its website, www.amfp.info, to better connect its members to the resources that help them strategically plan, design, build and maintain healthcare facilities that serve their staff and patient populations.
In addition to a new aesthetic designed to make it easier than ever for site visitors to rapidly find the information they need, the revamped website also allows AMFP to expand its resources and members-only offerings. Among these additions is a Quick Reference Guide that connects healthcare professionals with the experts best suited to answer questions around energy management, flooring, filtration, furnishings, and more. The Resources section also includes a new page specifically targeted toward helping planning, design, construction, real estate and facility management professionals prepare for COVID-19. These tools are being updated daily. In the weeks ahead, visitors can expect new videos, white papers, research and other features to be posted.
The site also includes a more robust members-only section. It features an enhanced member directory that allows professionals within AMFP to customize their visible profiles with rich biographical information and more easily connect with colleagues in their region and around the world.
“AMFP’s strength has always been its membership. While we continue to focus on providing regional opportunities for connection through networking and educational events, we believe this new website is one more way in which AMFP can connect its members to the tools and people that can help them solve their biggest challenges,” says Jeff Kent, AMFP president.
