Brian is a Vice President with Hammes Healthcare and leads client development, project management and strategic planning engagements for non-profit healthcare systems throughout the Midwest. The scope of these engagements cover a wide-range of healthcare facilities improvements and include owner’s representation for complex construction programs as well as ambulatory network planning & master facility planning. Prior to joining Hammes, Brian spent ten years with a healthcare construction management firm.

Randy Ratcliff serves as the Lieutenant in charge of Safety and Security at Community Health Network’s North Campus and their Police Department. He joined Community Health Network in 2019 after serving the Greenfield Police Department full-time since 1995 as a patrolman and then Lead Detective.
