She has extensive experience in multiple building types including hospitals, medical office buildings, and corporate workplaces. She has served in the capacity both as a consultant and as an internal owner’s representative to deliver on portfolio optimization, workplace strategies and process improvement initiatives. Winnie was previously a Director of Strategic Planning and Operations at Walgreens, a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting with a focus on corporate real estate, and an architect at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
