The presentation will cover how PACE financing is filling holes in capital stacks, reducing debt ratios, and enabling the construction and renovation of health facilities in Texas. The presentation focuses on how PACE financing enables owners and developers in the healthcare-built environment to access long-term financing that is less expensive than equity. When medical facilities make these investments, jobs are created for architects, engineers and contractors. The presentation will focus on three Texas case studies: Tyler Regional Hospital, Clarksville General Hospital, and Beaumont Behavioral Health.
