This webinar will be hosted by Alex Harwell, PE, CHFM, CHC, SASHE, Associate Vice President and Regional Market Segment Leader at
Dewberry. Alex’s primary experience is in healthcare facilities project management, construction administration, and regulatory compliance. He has been in engaged in the North Carolina healthcare engineering field for more than 18 years serving as an engineering plan reviewer/inspector with DHSR, a construction administrator and project manager for millions of dollars of healthcare facilities projects, and a code compliance consultant. Alex also has significant experience in coordinating and overseeing systems equipment replacement and renovation projects in fully operational and occupied facilities through the design, implementation, and closeout phases.
Alex also served ten years in the US Navy working on nuclear power plants at sea and on shore, is a licensed PE in Fire Protection, is a Senior Member of ASHE, a Certified Healthcare Constructor and Certified Healthcare Facility Manager, and has authored several published books in healthcare engineering.
