This joint program event will explore how communication styles can vary across gender identities and how those differences show up in the workplace. Participants will dive into how socialization, power dynamics, and unspoken expectations impact the way we communicate and collaborate. With real-world scenarios, guided discussion, and small group conversations, attendees will build awareness and leave with practical strategies for clearer, more confident communication.
