Prior to the recent acquisition by Jefferson and associated title change, John served since 2018 as Vice President of Facilities Management and Design & Construction at Lehigh Valley Heath Network. In that role, he had oversight over all facilities planning, design, construction, maintenance, and repair services across 9M s.f. of healthcare facilities ranging from physician offices to health centers, and twelve hospital campuses.
John led the development of over 1M s.f. in healthcare construction during his tenure at LVHN, from concept to first patient day with his experienced Design & Construction team. The program was highlighted with the development of three greenfield hospital campuses, LVH-Hecktown Oaks, LVH-Carbon and LVH-Dickson City, while implementing Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
Shannon Campbell, Associate Vice President for Capital Projects, Penn Medicine
Shannon is the Associate Vice President for Capital Projects at Penn Medicine. Previously she was a director of project management at Turner & Townsend overseeing the design and delivery of the Honickman Center for Jefferson Health in Philadelphia and prior to that she was the Director of Design and Construction at Inspira Health in New Jersey. She worked seven years in the Army Corps of Engineers and spent time previously in the construction industry.

Douglas Lacy, Sr. Vice President, WSP
A Sr. Vice President with WSP, a global engineering services company, Douglas spearheads healthcare projects with a focus on multi-disciplinary integrated delivery. He believes the building industry must dismantle traditional silos and foster collaboration to achieve true project success. Mr. Lacy seeks opportunities to learn and coach teams towards embracing progressive delivery methodologies. With a background in Architectural Engineering and electrical engineering, he possesses technical knowledge in critical power systems, medium voltage distribution, central utility plants, and uninterruptible power systems.
