- Work with HFHC construction site staff, partner families, and other volunteers in a mature and responsible manner
- Follow the instructions of the site supervisor(s)
- Abide by all safety policies and procedures on site
- Please immediately report concerns if you see something that looks unsafe
- Ask questions when you need help or do not understand something
- Be physically able to perform tasks while under the direction of construction staff
- Come properly dressed
- Commit to working a full day (8:30 am - 3:30 pm) and arrive on time

Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build Initiative brings together women from all walks of life to address the housing crisis facing millions of women and children worldwide. This year, YOU have the power to create a meaningful impact by joining our Women Build Initiative on Thursday, May 15! Together, let's build a brighter future for women everywhere! This is an inclusive opportunity and is open to all gender identities.
All tools and supervision are provided by Habitat! Your minimum $35 donation supports the fundraising goal for Orchard Ridge. Women Build is a unique opportunity for women in the community to join forces with Habitat by donating their time, muscle and money in support of affordable housing.
Donation Levels
- Level 1: $35- Day Donation (Includes Lunch and WB T-shirt)
- Level 2: $50- Day Donation (Includes Lunch, WB T-Shirt and a WB bag)

- Register via AMFP
- Follow the steps to create a profile and sign the waiver prior to this event! Complete this step HERE!
- Submit a donation via the H4H website once you are logged into your volunteer profile. - $35 is the minimum
- Send confirmation of donation to maryland@womeninhealthcare.org to be added to the joint WIH/AMFP team.
