Women in Healthcare Alabama and AMFP Alabama Joint Project Tour: The new UAB Medicine Spain Rehabilitation Center

This is a unique opportunity to tour UAB Medicine’s new $156.7 million inpatient rehabilitation facility, which is replacing the current UAB Spain Rehabilitation Center. The 350,000-square-foot building will be 11 stories tall and will hold 78 rehabilitation beds, 28 acute care beds, and state-of-the-art technology specifically designed to provide comprehensive rehabilitation care for patients from across Alabama and beyond. Project tour hosted by Hoar Construction, with additional project insights by UAB Medicine and Gresham Smith.
Registration: Limited to the first 40 registrations
Required Clothing and Safety Gear: Long pants and closed-toe shoes. Bring your Hardhat, Hi-Visibility Vest and Safety Glasses. Some will be provided if needed.
