AMFP Upper Midwest - Emerging Trends: Adaptive Reuse in the Medical Market

About this event

Join an interactive discussion with an expert panel exploring the opportunities and challenges of adaptive reuse in healthcare. As systems evolve and real estate pressures grow, repurposing existing structures offers sustainable, cost-effective solutions. Panelists will examine when adaptive reuse makes sense—financially, operationally, and clinically—and outline the process from feasibility through delivery. Real-world case studies will highlight how underutilized buildings have been transformed into high-performing medical facilities. Attendees will gain practical insights into balancing patient, provider, and community needs while navigating regulatory and technical complexities.
