About this event
This course will provide an overview of pharmacy design guidelines. Topics will include governing codes and standards, identifying which standards are appropriate, and applying those standards.
- Understand the organizations and standards related to dispensing and compounding pharmacies.
- Understand the differences between non-sterile and sterile-compounding facilities as specified in USP 795 and USP 797.
- Understand the additional requirements for hazardous compounding facilities as specified in USP 800.
- Understand the additional requirements for radiopharmaceutical facilities as specified in USP 825.
