Lee Causey, East Coast Innovation Leader, DPR Construction
After serving four years in the U.S.A.F. as Loadmaster on a C-5 Galaxy cargo plane During Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom, Lee went on to receive his M.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University. Lee's engineering knowledge and interest in innovation combined with his passion for finding a better and more efficient, but sometimes previously untested ways of doing things that led to his current role. 


Brian Tostenson, Prefabrication Integration Leader, DPR Construction
Brian brings extensive experience in preconstruction and construction on healthcare projects focused on integration of civil, structural and architectural elements combined with his passion for finding more efficient ways to build.


Alex Nash, Sr. VDC Manager, DPR Construction
Alex leads DPR Raleigh-Durham's & Nashville's virtual building efforts. He works with our design teams, owners, trade partners and internal team members to create Building Information Models that are the building block for prefabrication and robotics implementation in construction.


Mohammed A. Ayoub, D.Arch, AIA, ARB, RIBA, Vice President, Design Director
Mohammed is renowned for his innovative prowess and technological acumen, spearheading HDR's foray into the realms of creativity and cutting-edge design solutions. His portfolio boasts an array of achievements, including the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Currently, Mohammed lends his expertise to shaping the architectural landscape with transformative projects such as the New University Hospital at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and the University of Maryland Medical Center's visionary new tower and the New Hospital Programme for NHS England. A Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects; his contributions have earned him accolades such Building Design and Construction's 2011 40 Under 40 award.
