Cherelle Cortez, with 20 years of construction industry experience, serves as Vice President of Trade Partner Supplier Diversity at Layton Construction. Leading strategic partnerships with community advocacy groups, she directs Layton's supplier diversity program, fostering relationships with small, minority, women, veteran, disadvantaged, HUBZone, and LGBTQ businesses. Recognized internally and externally, Cherelle has received accolades such as Atlanta's Most Influential 100 Black Women and Top 50 Women in Construction Civil Industry. She excels in driving results, managing MWBE participation, and fostering inclusive environments. Cherelle's community involvement includes mentorship and board positions with organizations like NMSDC and NAMC. Her approach emphasizes collaboration and strategic partnerships, contributing significantly to Layton's supplier diversity initiatives.

Latifah Jackson is a procurement professional specializing in Texas government procurement and a small business advocate. Latifah is the Supplier Diversity Manager at University Health in San Antonio, Texas. Her mission is to educate business owners on how to do business with government entities and help them further develop their companies. She has developed and led efforts locally and nationally. 
Latifah prides herself on being a learner, having an innovative thought process, and excellent customer service. Latifah is a Certified Texas Procurement Manager, Certified Texas Contract Manager, and a Certified Contracts Administrator. Latifah currently serves on the Board for the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency, Board of Directors as Member at Large for the San Antonio Public Purchasing Association and participates in other Professional Organizations. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M Corpus Christi and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Incarnate Word.

Clovice Vaughn brings over 26 years of leadership in supplier diversity, equity, and small business development, alongside 36 years of corporate experience. Currently Manager of Supplier Diversity, Equity, and Sustainability at Grady Health System, Clovice previously held roles at the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Business Center and the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC). With a background in Verizon and Verizon Wireless, he managed supplier diversity corporate-wide. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Clovice holds degrees in computer network systems and business management. He is a dedicated advocate for minority-owned and small businesses, fostering partnerships for long-term economic impact.

Amber Dancy Gooding, MBA MCC boasts a distinguished career spanning various sectors, with a focus on supplier diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as Director of Supplier Diversity - Design and Construction at HCA Healthcare, she drives strategic partnerships and program development. Previously, at WeGo Public Transit and St. Louis Lambert International Airport, Amber led procurement and business diversity initiatives, demonstrating expertise in sourcing, training, and outreach programs. With roles at Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority and the State of Tennessee, including as Executive Director of the Tennessee Human Rights Commission, she showcased her leadership in diversity program development and strategic planning. Amber’s career highlights also include serving as Special Assistant to the Governor for Urban Affairs, spearheading Tennessee’s Strategically Targeted Areas for Redevelopment plan. Her commitment to fostering inclusive environments and driving change underscores her dedication to advancing supplier diversity and equity.
