AMFP is sending a team to Cape Town, South Africa for the prestigious 2024 IFHE (International Federation of Healthcare Engineering) International Conference this month. AMFP will host the next IFHE conference in October of 2026 in New Orleans in conjunction with HCD Conference. AMFP’s team will receive hand-off as next host country from South Africa.
Leading the AMFP delegation is Mike Wood, AMFP immediate past president. Joining him are Glenn Fischer, AMFP Advisor; Andrew Weinberg, Director Chapter Development; and Brian Weldy of Demand Inspired. Walt Vernon, one of AMFP’s original founding members, is incoming 1st Vice President of IFHE.
